Four presenters with in depth knowledge of the override issues will explain their views and respond to questions from the audience. The override is an important topic for Brookline. This is free and open to all residents. Bring your friends and neighbors.
Tuesday, May 06, 2008     TOWN ELECTION. The Annual Town Election will be held on Tuesday, May 6
Wednesday, May 07, 2008 7-8:30 PM 16 Royal Road Local Program Planning. Pizza and Planning - Pizza party and then a meeting to discuss and plan programs for next year.
Wednesday, May 14, 2008 7-9pm 80 Seaver Street, Brookline ** Evening with our Legislators **. A chance to meet on an informal basis with our legislators.
Tuesday, May 27, 2008     TOWN MEETING. The Annual Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 27. The Warrant opening and closing dates for the Annual Town Meeting are as follows:

OPEN: Thursday, February 14
CLOSE: Thursday, March 13 at noon
Wednesday, June 11, 2008   To be determined. Annual Meeting. Final meeting of the year.
Wednesday, June 18, 2008 6-9pm Brookline Senior Center, 93 Winchester Street, Brookline Thirteenth Annual Public HEalth Policy Forum. The forum will be moderated by former Governor Michael Dukakis.

The panelists are: John Kingsdale, Executive Director, Commonwealth Health Insurance Connector Authority

ALison Bass, Journalist and author of Side Effects: A Best-Selling Drug on Trial

James Conway, Senior VP, Institute for Healthcare Improvement

6-7 P.M. - Hors d'oeuvre
7-9 P.M. - Panel Discussion.
